It looks like you do not have the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed. Try installing that and see if it still crashes.

I have a similar problem and I already verified that my .NET framework 3.5 SP1 is installed properly... this is the details of my crash (seems like somethng related ti the ADB driver for what I could notice attaching my VS2010 debuggeer... if you need a stack trace as well let me know I can produce it for you) :

Never mind!! forget my previous post it was my silly mistake .. Debug was not enabled in my DELL Streak.. now it starts... but for some reason I can not browse my phone.. seems like my android SDK wasn't installed porperly... I keep getting the ADB cannot acces file error.. will try re-installed everything with phone disconnected and see if it works finally...

Thanks.

Sorry about necroing this thread, but I'm having the same problem.  The only differences in my problem are that Droid Explorer never worked for me and the problem description differs by the OS version: "OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1".  I have USB debugging enabled on my phone and I'm pretty sure that I have .NET 3.5 SP1 installed.  (I know I have .NET 4 installed and tend to keep on top of keeping my .NET framework versions up to date.)  Do you have any other ideas as to what could cause this issue?  I am running Windows 7 x64 if that helps any.
