Crases after trying to load up

description

The program crashes almost immediately after trying to load up, if I try again I get some kind of a setup screen, than a custom loading screen, and than 1 sec later it crashes.
I'm using a Windows 7 32bit on a laptop.

Mine is doing the exact same thing.... once or twice it has come up to the pick phone screen but usually then it doesnt show the phone
