Droid Explorer crashes on launch

Apr 19, 2010 at 10:51 PM

Hi,

I am trying to get Droid Explorer 0.8.4.3 to work with my Samsung Moment.  First off, is it supported?

When I try to launch Droid Explorer in Windows 7 x86, I get this error saying that Droid Explorer has stopped working.  I have tried to launch the program without the Moment attached, plugging it in on the Select Device Screen, and select it on the Select Device screen and I get the same error when I press the connect button. Here is the output from the error:

Description:

I have also tried loading it on Windows XP Pro and it does the same thing.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

The device is supported if it is rooted and has a "compatible" version of busybox installed.
